Floriana continued their winning streak against plucky St Andrews hitting four past the viola side.
Coach Giovanni Tedesco made three changes in the starting eleven from the win against Pembroke , Amadou Samb , Justin Haber and Andre Scicluna replaced Matthew Grech, Steve Pisani and suspended Mario Fontanella.
Floriana started well when on the fourth minute they managed to break the deadlock, Ignacio Varela saw his shot from outside the area beating goalkeeper Galea to give Floriana the merited lead.
St Andrews scored the equaliser on the seventeenth minute when off a Joseph Farrugia free kick, Kesinovic’s low shot beat Haber.
The Greens restored their lead five minutes from half time , Ryan Camenzuli saw his shot hitting Michael Johnson’s hand , with the referee pointing to the spot and showing the St Andrews player his second yellow card of the match, from the spot captain Nicolas Hernan Chiesa made no mistake to give Floriana the lead.
Floriana scored the third off an Enrico Pepe free kick, Varela again protagonist scored his second with a fine header.
Four minutes after the break St Andrews were awarded a penalty, from the spot captain Joseph Farrugia hit high with the ball ending out.
Tedesco’s side made it four when off a cross by Amadou Samb, Nicolas Hernan Chiesa scored his second of the match leaving goalkeeper Galea hapless.
